The buying experience wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. The vehicle I bought was parked against another vehicle being sold as were many others. The pictures provided online didn't really show all of the flaws and damage. They didn't budge on price to cover a bumper to compensate for the damage that wasn't shown in the photos. All the options were listed correctly and the mileage was accurate. The salesman I dealt with was decent but didn't go into detail on some of the things that I felt were important. Again I don't highly recommend going to this dealer but if you absolutely NEED a car it's an option. More

DO NOT TRUST these people… I e been waiting since Thursday 10am for some manager idk sales, finance idk to call me back. They told me 10 mins on Thursday it’s Saturday and my cell has been silent!!! Nobody calls and explains anything, your just left hanging! My new Jeep compass purchased at Taj auto has star decals all over it as well, website even advertised star. My new expensive Jeep leaves me sitting only 6 weeks into my new load mind you it’s a Capitol one pre approval loan so when the paperwork was signed the dealership was paid in full!!! So they could care less that my new jeep is broken down , now my air conditioning don’t work , it’s a black jeep with black leather interior, I’m looking sooo forward to driving it mid summer in 90 percent humidity sooo fun 🤩… I’ve tried numerous times to get ahold of Chris Arias from Taj auto 4/4 is when I called and sent him a text, he only responded after I gave a bad review, even told me if I give a bad review they won’t help me. That’s great business practices… it’s to the point that I’m screwed!!!! Guess I’m using my warranty two months in to my new loan to fix my air conditioning…. They think this is normal business practices at Taj auto they even told me I have a warranty. Basically saying you got junk we got paid screw you, btw did I mention they don’t contact me…… STAY AWAY More
