Needed my breaks checked once I purchased my car was told by Parvaz Ramin not to worry about it bring it in on Monday before 12 for a quick check and it was safe to take home I told him if he was sure becaus by Parvaz Ramin not to worry about it bring it in on Monday before 12 for a quick check and it was safe to take home I told him if he was sure because I have a baby and didn’t want to take him out in a car that needed breaks he said I’ll be fine . came in and was told to leave and make an appointment . So I came in the second time and was told nothing was wrong it’s just the way the car sounds a week goes by and the breaks became worse they were screeching talked to him about it again and was rushed on the phone about it but was told once again to not worry they would give me a call a WEEK goes by and nothing so I had no Choice but to go to the Nissan dealership to get it professionally fixed and was charged 175 for the breaks but they got the job done turned out my FRONT BREAKS where COMPLETELY RUSTED!! I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE ! I’m a young female and they definitely took advantage of me they don’t care about your safety or your family’s. They just want another car out their lot and a check for themselves horrible service! More
