I enjoy this dealership and the ladies that work with customer service are always very pleasant to me. The only issue I had is the auto service department. Recently, I took my car in for body work, oil c customer service are always very pleasant to me. The only issue I had is the auto service department. Recently, I took my car in for body work, oil change, tire replacement estimate, and to overall get it looked at because one of the lights on my dashboard was on. Initially the guy told me pricing would be around $300. Well I paid close to $400. I was told to drop my car off and it would be ready the following week. As I’m leaving the plaza I get a call from one of the receptionist. I can hear the mechanic in the back raising his voice at her. Apparently I had to come back to pay for the service in full in order for him to work on my car. Fine no problem, I came back and paid only for the body part with the understanding anything else would be paid for at the time of pick up. I come to pick up my car the following week only to find out the light in my car is still on and there was no oil change. The mechanic who demanded I pay prior to services being done told the receptionist that it was just my Eco light. After looking over my car I was very pleased with the body work however I was unsure why the light was still on, so I looked it up on google. Something that should’ve been done by the mechanic. The light that was on had nothing to do with my ECO light and come to find out my brakes were not aligned, so that had to be rectified by another mechanic. All things that should’ve been done prior to me picking my car up. Had I not been adamant about the light I wouldn’t have known any of these things. Now when I press on my brakes there’s a squeaking/screeching noise now. That auto department needs some work on their customer service. They also should find a better way to speak to their coworkers. Understandably, the dealership and the auto service is “separate” however it all reflects as one while in business. This makes me not even want to buy another car from them just to avoid the place altogether. I want to go where my money is valued and respected especially being that I bought the car from that dealership. More
