Terrible dealership. The general manager does not know what is going on most of the time and does not care what is going on most of the time. Based off of our experience the general manager treats us like what is going on most of the time and does not care what is going on most of the time. Based off of our experience the general manager treats us like we are the annoyance of his day, and that the problem is somehow our fault even though it is the business's fault. The service department does not seem to know an ounce of what they are doing. And they take three times as long to do a simple project as any other service department does. They take three times as long as I would do to do any type of maintenance on a car. They took one hour and a half just to swap stickers and plates on a car. It took me 15 minutes to take those same stickers and plates off of the car. This company is incompetent. And they do not care about the wellness of the vehicle nor the service to the customer do not go to this place. They are not worth the headache. More

Communication is abysmal at this shop and sometimes not existing at all. The car was not ready when I went to pick it up. It hadn't been detailed either. He does not carry the title he holds with any type of pride, he shouldn't be a GM if he's going to act frustrated and fed up when a customer just wants their car. Do not recommend this place, stay away from it at all costs. More

I liked my salesman and the finance guy, but there were some service issues. When I first picked up my car, they gave it to me with almost no fuel in the tank;and a stain on the back seat wasn't addresse some service issues. On another occasion, I picked up my car from the service department and, while they fixed the original problem, they broke a cosmetic part in the shifter, left a mess in my car, and my cell phone charging cable went missing - a disappointing and frustrating experience. Now that the warranty is expired, I won't be taking my car back there to get serviced. More
