Bought my car from Taj Auto Mall 6 months before it had to have the engine replaced by Star Auto Service Dept. My car was there for 3 weeks for the second engine replacement. Neither service nor GM returne to have the engine replaced by Star Auto Service Dept. My car was there for 3 weeks for the second engine replacement. Neither service nor GM returned calls. And they released my car with no fluids in it. Did not keep their word about new parts either. Then forgot to deliver when promised and said they were waiting on parts but the guy who dropped it off said they forgot till after closing at 7 pm at night. The service lady also said “it’s her again” before placing me on hold to leave yet another message. It’s been over a week since being promised an email with the paperwork on the second used engine with miles and info on what they did. All work was under warranty but the first used engine only lasted 3 weeks. More
