I bought a 2016 GMC terrain at Star512. Called ahead and a very friendly and knowledgeable woman named Cheyenne walked me through the process of coming in immediately. He also made sure everything I asked to be taken care of was before pick up. I believe these are solid people doing solid sales. It's not just about the numbers there, and it never will be. More

A little disappointed when I first got there. The car was not available. Parvaz tried to retrieve it from the 191 location but the manager wouldn't let him have the car because they were waiting for somebod not available. Never letting the service department touch my vechile again. Took my Jeep here to get the heat fixed. Originally told me it would take 8 hours to change out the heatercore. Never once called me with upda again. Took my Jeep here to get the heat fixed. Originally told me it would take 8 hours to change out the heatercore. Never once called me with updates had to call to find out what was going on. The lady told me they were gonna keep it over night should be able to pick it up the next day. Same thing never called me with anything had to call her to find out they wanted to keep it another day...3 business days later she called told me it was ready, could be picked up. Open the door to my jeep to find out the mechanic Jose left wires dangling unconnected under the driver side dash, radios installed upside down. Tried to turn the heat on to see if that was fixed, air wouldnt even blow out of the vents. And they told me It was ready for pick up??? So from there I had to leave it for another day at the dealer ship while some other mechanic trys to fix it, Mind you I drive over an hour both ways to get to the dealership. Huge waste of time!! Came down to pick it up 2 days later. Still wasn't right didnt hook up the lights up front on the winch to the switch on the dash had to wait 2 hours on that. Finally everything seems right take it home, To find out things are still messed up certain vents/controls don't work like the defrost ones the ones for your feet. Makes you wonder what else is hooked up wrong. Its absolutely ridiculous. More
