i was happy when i originally purchased my fusion back in 2019. fast forward to 2021 when i tried to use my $2000 warranty i purchased. the warranty company refused to pay for the issue i had with my car w 2019. fast forward to 2021 when i tried to use my $2000 warranty i purchased. the warranty company refused to pay for the issue i had with my car which turned out to be an oil leak. i called the warranty place and they flat out told me theres no such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty as it was described to me by the salesman when i purchased my car. the warranty company couldnt have cared less and told me to call star to cancel and get a refund. i got in contact with joe robinson and explained the situation but he just gave me the run around and said i was getting ripped off by the ford dealership i took my car to. he then said let me get back to you i know someone there i can call to get the inside scoop on your vehicle. that was a total lie and of course joe never called me back. i called joe robinson back several days later and i had to jogg his memory of our previous conversation and after he stopped back tracking and stumbling over his words he finally referred me to the finance dept. i spoke with tom muller and explained the situation once again and he filled out a warranty cancellation form and emailed it to me. tom explained it would take 30-40 days to recieve my refund which would be credited to my car loan account. well, that never happened. i really dont think ill ever get the refund i was promised. my advice, dont buy the warranty and if you do have an issue and need help from anyone at star auto mall, good luck to you More
