Got ripped off. Paid 20 grand for a car that was worth a lot less and they were pushing the car on me. After I got it it was issue after issue. Unprofessional, i purchased a 2016 Volkswagen tiguan with them with the engine light on, they told me they would be able to service it. I bring my vehicle in and all of a sudden the small issue was a big one them with the engine light on, they told me they would be able to service it. I bring my vehicle in and all of a sudden the small issue was a big one and it would take longer to fix. They never called to tell me the status of the vehicle, they held it for an entire week and never gave me a car to use for the week or anything. I had to take off from work and everything and now that I finally got the car back the check engine light had popped back on! More
