DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!! They knowing sold me a car with a bad engine and refused to make good on it ! They act they do not understand English and refer you to underlings that do not care about the customer ! They should be shut down by the Magistrates Office for very bad business practices. It is disgusting to know that I threw away $13,000.00 and do not have a car any longer . It needs a complete new engine that I can not afford to purchase nor should I have to...Simply put ...DO NOT TRUST THEM OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Disorganized and misrepresentation I found two good looking cars on their website that matched what I was looking for. I reasoned that it was worth the hour long trip to the dealership, as I had two cars that I called and confirmed are available that morning and had the price agreed upon in advance. Well, that hour long trip turned into two hours with traffic, but I really can't blame anyone for that except for whoever had the accident on the turnpike. I go to the dealership with my amazing girlfriend, who was kind enough to help me look over the vehicles. Well, the first one we found looked Nothing like the picture on the website. It had 4 flat tires, leaves inside and out from the tree it was under, lots of rust and a fractured paint-job on the front from some minor impacts. It was completely undriveable and, judging from the dirt and condition, hadn't been touched in months. Disappointed, I ask the front desk where the other car is, and I'm directed to another lot a mile down the road. After looking around the lot, I approach one of the sales people and he informed me that it had been used as a loaner that morning. Kevin assured me that the car would be back the next day, but nothing was offered to make up for the two errors on their part. Well, an hour and a half later, and we're arriving home exhausted and having wasted what could have been a lovely afternoon together doing something fun. BAD SERVICE Ok so I buy a car from Star Auto Mall I had some issuses in the past with my cars headlights the main concern because of an safty issue with them. Month later problem gets fixed so I thought... the protetive cap on back of the NEW headlamps comes off due to improperly replacing it on the back. they both come off, they both get condensation on the inside, the right side blub blows out! I go to Star Auto Mall to have them fix it after all thier supposed ASE CERITFIED technicians( NO CERIFICATES POSTED AT SERVICE CENTER) replaced them the service center management comes and tells me they can't fix my problem because of they already did enough! Now im supposed to go to Mitsubishi and autozone myself to fix the issue the non ASE Techs made in the first place. I go to the main Star Auto Mall place on 191 in Bethlehem ask to talk to some one of higher management we get the supposedly head sales man the one that wears the ball caps and not the top person of the establishment like l asked for in the first place. He comes looks at the car and after a few minutes of procrastination he comes and says HE cant do anything for me because they put to much money in my car in the first place( THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SOLD THE WAY IT WAS IN THE FIRST PLACE)! Then my awesomely intelligent girlfriends walks back in to the office and ask the cool recptionist if the person who we are talking to is the top guy she says no hes just the head sales man as shes asking the questions the head salesman storms away walks into the office and into where the person we asked for in the first place is comes out gets in the phone with the service center and says order the part. No get this part he gets off the phone and says I have to call the service center for when my part comes in, I corrected him and says no they should call me... then he proceed to tell me that after this take my car somewhere else to get worked on because I said the f word outside with him and my girlfriend standing there and also because I said that im not trying to be a Richard inside the office in front of the an elderly gentleman... Really? wow! the funny thing I have a 2 yr warranty with them that I paid for when buying the car and as long as I keep the sticker on my car from them I get free inspection and I think oil changes from them for life of my car. And yet they were voted best of the best in the lehigh vally? So all in all we fix, we mess up, you complain we dont fix.... Maybe I should seek a lawyer? Ill be posting this on every site I can get especially the Better Business Bureau. More
