I live in New York City and have always purchased my vehicles in Pennsylvania. The cost of the cars may be the same or even a bit less, but one of the main reasons is customer service. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle manufactured by GMC. I had the pleasure of dealing with Pat Gruhler and was glad that my experience of purchasing my vehicle was with her. I really appreciated her no pressure/no pushy sales tactics. Her approach to my demands were met without apprehension as she did the best she could to meet my needs. Upon leaving with my new vehicle, Pat showed my everything I needed to know about it, which is comforting to know that someone who is selling you a car actually knows about it. Thank you Pat for making the car buying experience one that everyone should be lucky to have and everyone at Star Buick for doing a great job. Carmela More

We walked in the dealership and were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who directed us to Marcos, and that began the most pleasurable experience I ever had buying a car. Marcos was extremely knowledgable in the vehicle we were interested in. His no nonsense, down to earth, and pleasant personality sold me this car. We also met a few other employees and all we equally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Marcos I couldn't be happier with my new car and my experience at the dealership. I hope to do business hear again in the future and will definitely be telling my friends about you. I came to Star to service my 2007 GMC Envoy, and while waiting I met Pat Gruehler. I decided to see if I could trade in my Envoy, and she made it happen. She is a great person, and I felt so comfortable waiting I met Pat Gruehler. I decided to see if I could trade in my Envoy, and she made it happen. She is a great person, and I felt so comfortable with her. She did not push me in any way to do anything i did not want to do. She was very honest, pleasant, and friendly. Once my Camaro hit the 10-year mark, I was on the hunt for a new vehicle. After browsing every make and model online, reading reviews and visiting dealerships, I set my heart on the GMC Terrain for it's c for a new vehicle. After browsing every make and model online, reading reviews and visiting dealerships, I set my heart on the GMC Terrain for it's compact size but aggressive appearance! Star Buick GMC is in our town and my husband had purchased his preowned Pontiac G8 here several years ago and had a great experience. So one night we went to pick up his car that had been serviced and I spotted a preowned 2013 Terrain in the lot. A sales manager that saw us looking brought us into the dealership and introduced us to Marcos. After chatting with him for ten minutes, I got more information about that car than I had gotten in all of my online and dealership research combined! He is extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. He made us both feel comfortable from the very beginning, and there was not one point where I felt pressured in any direction! After taking it for an overnight test drive, I knew I wanted to purchase the car. Marcos made the process very easy and painless, and while it took some time, I left extremely happy with my decision! It's been a week today and I am so thrilled with this car and would not hesitate in a second to go back to Star Buick GMC or refer my friends and family to Marcos! More
I have purchased many cars and motorcycles in my life. My recent purchase of both a car and a motorcycle from the Star dealership in Easton, PA was the best dealership experience I have ever had. They did an excellent job with both the price and financing for me. The highlight of my purchases was having Marcos as my sales associate. Marcos is top notch in every aspect as he is very personable, and knowledgeable about the products he sells. He will go the extra yard for you in order to make your purchase process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I didn't have a ride in to the dealership to pick up my new car, and the dealership was over fifty miles from my home. He offered to pick me up at my house and drive me in. I needed to get in early that morning because I had to get to work by a 10:30 am. He picked me up at 7:50 am that morning so that I would not be late for work. He wasn't scheduled to go into work that day until 12:00pm as he worked to 9:00pm the night before. That didn't matter to Marcos as he did what it took to please the customer. The Star dealerships are very lucky to have Marcos as an employee. Better yet, you would be very lucky to have Marcos as your sales associate. Take it from me, go in and ask for Marcos. More

After spending $1000 for transmission repair the vehicle came back worse than when I dropped it off. Attention to detail was awful. Received the car back and a rubber flap was hanging down. Second, The transmission hesitates then bangs into gear. That did not do it before it was dropped off. Giving them the opportunity to repair their mistake they would rather tell me that it is old and it will do that. Really? 2008 car is old? I have classic cars that don't do that. I knew it was not going to be a pleasant experience when Mark came out of his office with a chip on his shoulder. Unfortunately they have had this car before and every time it went back because of mistakes. It is a shame that instead of correcting what is wrong that you would rather lose a customer. I will be contacting GMC and the BBB. More
I walked into Star Buick GMC very nervous, never having bought a new car before and I didn't know what to expect. I met Mr. Landis a couple of days before and he told me to come and look. He had us meet with Greg Smith on a Saturday, who was waiting for us when we walked in! Greg set us up with Marcos, who was so understanding with me and how nervous I was looking for a new car. He asked me what I would like and then showed my husband and I the Terrain and helped us decide what was best for me without any pressure at all! He listened to me and answered all my questions and concerns! I have to honestly say it was an amazing experience form the moment we walked through the door! Actually from the moment I met Mr. Landis! As we left the dealership with my new Terrain, I had very HAPPY tears in my eyes. I just bought my first brand new car!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Marcos and everyone at Star Buick GMC for making this happen for me! I love my new Terrain! More
The dealership sold me a vehicle which had issues, after several phone calls I was able to make good with the situation. Doug always reviews the work that was completed and the reason for performing the work. If a shuttle ride or loaner car is necessary, he always makes sure it is available for us. Since 1999 I have always made it a point to contact Doug when we need one of our vehicles serviced. Recently Doug and Mark Porcaro teamed together to solve a steering issue that was very difficult to diagnosis. Everything went very smoothly.My wife Monica, daughter Tiffany and myself have purchased or leased numerous vehicles from Star over the years. We have always been completely satisfied with the vehicles, deals (Pricing) and service. As a matter of fact, in 1976, I purchased our first Pontiac Grand Prix from Clete Landis and Rich Young when they worked at Ranken pontiac in Easton, PA. Thom Galles More
