We gave the ratings we did because we were looking for a GMC Acadia for over 1 month and had no luck. When we walked into Star you could see they really wanted to take the time and work with you so you lef GMC Acadia for over 1 month and had no luck. When we walked into Star you could see they really wanted to take the time and work with you so you left buying the car that you really wanted. We will recommend to family and friends and we will come back as well. So thank you again STAR!!! More

We have been coming to Star for years and the service department treats us the very best, that would be our favorite, Bill. He is always courteous and caring to everyone's needs. Jim Mallis, the manager of Star Preowned in Easton, argued with me about specific features on a Duramax Pickup Truck. He claimed an LT truck would never be available with cloth seats. I kindly said t argued with me about specific features on a Duramax Pickup Truck. He claimed an LT truck would never be available with cloth seats. I kindly said that's incorrect, that an LT is standard with cloth seats. He became very agitated and I used my iPhone to bring up Chevy's website and show him how he is incorrect. Jim became irate over a small detail where he was incorrect and said Chevy's website is wrong. He said he knows all the features since he used to be a manager at another dealer. Extremely unprofessional! He said I would never find a truck with these features or at the price I was looking for. It only took me 15 minutes to travel to another dealer and find 5 trucks LT with Cloth seats. After thinking the incident was over, my parents went to Star later in the day to look for a vehicle and he confronted them and explained how he wanted to throw me out of the dealer since I was trying to prove him wrong and make him look like a liar. As a pharmacist I must know thousands of drugs and information about them so I won't harm a person by giving wrong information. To me, proper facts are essential, even if it is knowing a handful of car models that a dealer is responsible for. Don't waste your time with this man or dealer. More

We’ve been doing business with Star Buick GMC in Easton for years… We have had 7 vehicles from Star over the years, and they have never disappointed us. Pat Gruhler is always friendly, and very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks. We pass many dealerships in New Jersey to get to Star, and there is a reason for that.
