Made an appointment with "Hawk" (Adam). I told him what options I wanted and my color preferences. Went for a test drive and within one hour settled on a lease for a new 2020 Acadia. My least favorite th options I wanted and my color preferences. Went for a test drive and within one hour settled on a lease for a new 2020 Acadia. My least favorite thing to do is shop for a car, but this was a quick and easy process. When I picked up the vehicle Hawk took the time to answer my questions and demonstrate many of the functions and features. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. More

Horrible service. 3 service advisors sitting at their desks and not one even looked up to great me. I had to ask for help. Wouldnt even look at my car without charging me the $100 diagnostic fee. My car is CPO and was STILL UNDER WARRANTY and they wouldn't touch it unless I was going to pay the $100 fee. They wouldn't even look up the codes to see if it was covered. More

We first met Hawk and we began to chat about some vehicles. After purchasing a 2019 traverse we did not like it as much as we thought. We wanted more amenities and the Buick Enclave had it.
