After one other stop that was decidedly lackluster we went to see Adam at Star GMC to drive a 2016 Acadia that we were interested in seeing. Adam was amazing, like meeting an old friend. Adam was conscientious when we were test driving and accommodated all of our questions with ease. We were unsure of a few things and he went the extra mile to get our questions answered before we made a decision to buy. When we decided on the numbers he worked hard to get us a lower percentage rate for our loan. I was shocked but he and the finance team made it happen. They stayed late on a Friday night to get us all set to drive off in our “new to us” GMC Acadia. I won’t buy a car from anyone else because I finally, finally had a good car buying experience.
