JJM NEW 2017 Denali Well it was time for me to put my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer down. It was telling me very Softly that I cannot be with you any longer so with that being Well it was time for me to put my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer down. It was telling me very Softly that I cannot be with you any longer so with that being said I had to put her down she was good to me but it was time for her to go so with that being said I headed right down to Star Buick GMC in Easton. When I got there I happened to meet a young gentleman named Adam otherwise known as Hawk. I told him what I was looking for he showed me around a few vehicles told him what I was looking for was very knowledgeable on the vehicles he showed me made it very simple said I think I know which one fits you perfect this 2017 GMC Terrain Denali BLACK. Took it for a ride and said that'll be the one. Really miss my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer because some of the options I had I cannot get in the Denali like the Blazer had options called the squeakies drive down the road and all you would here would be squeak squeak squeak I miss that also I miss parking the vehicle and when I pull away I see the oil drip option he said that I can't get that on the Denali they don't have that either. And the other one was call blown tail light options that would be every four or five months you have to put new bulbs in the taillights or no tail lights at all these option wasn't available either but I did get some different options with my Denali that I think I will like LOL Also met with a General Manager Greg Smith. I've known Greg before I bought cars from him in the past he is a great guy I've known him for close to 10 years he's a very stand up gentleman treat people with respect and in the business world today that is hard to find. People like Adam and Greg are hard to find they are both stand up gentleman professional, trustworthy, honest, and great people to work with. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to buy a car. I made a great deal on my Denali it was like the end of a baseball game tie score and a walk-off home run -- but it wasn't a homerun it was called a ""GRAND SLAM"" we cleared all the bases and went home a WINNER thanks guys for all you've done for me like Arnold Schwarzenegger say. A Happy and Truly Satisfied Star Dealership Customer Browsing vehicles, in particular, pickup trucks, has always been a form of relaxation for me. On Thursday, March 16th, 2017, I found myself browsing a Browsing vehicles, in particular, pickup trucks, has always been a form of relaxation for me. On Thursday, March 16th, 2017, I found myself browsing at a pickup truck on the lot at Star in Easton, PA. While browsing, a salesman approached me and greeted me in a warm and professional manner. He identified himself as Adam Mihalko and we struck up a conversation. While conversing with Adam, I advised him that I had purchased a vehicle from his dealership approximately two years ago, and did not have such a great experience. As a result, I told Adam I was very reluctant to buy again from Star. Adam apologized for my previous experience, and asked if he could sell me a new truck. I was somewhat reluctant about his request, but I had a good feeling about Adam, and agreed to look at some pickups on the lot with him. I am happy to report that my gut feeling was right. Adam and I looked at numerous pickups, even trotting through some high snow to look at them. Adam was very knowledgeable about GMC vehicles, and answered all my questions I presented to him. Approximately five hours later, with Adam negotiating with Sales Manager Greg Smith, I traded my 2014 Toyota Tacoma in for a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT Crew Cab. It is truly one magnificent pickup truck which I still cannot believe I was able to purchase. My heartfelt thanks goes out to Adam for all his efforts and time he provided to me. I also would like to extend my thanks to Sales Manager Greg Smith. He also made my buying experience a pleasant one by working with me and allowing Adam to give me some extra's on the new vehicle which I wanted, but did not expect to receive. These two individuals represent how a true vehicle salesman should conduct business with patrons. I picked up my new pickup on Friday, March 17th, 2017. Adam once again spent approximately two hours with me finalizing paperwork and getting me familiar with my new pickup. He introduced me to Finance Manager Sean Marouchoc, another individual I was impressed with, and subsequently bought an extended warranty protection plan from him. Adam then called me several times after I departed the dealership to make sure I was doing ok. Adam is truly a stand-up individual who I would highly recommend to my family and friends and I feel very blessed I met and conducted business with Adam. From Bad to Great.. A few weeks ago we had bought an older car from my dad. We had the car a week and the boom a kid totaled the front end of my car with me in it. fortun A few weeks ago we had bought an older car from my dad. We had the car a week and the boom a kid totaled the front end of my car with me in it. fortunately I was alright but the driver was not the owner of this truck and he didn't have person from his buddy to drive his truck (nor did the driver have a license). So had to put a claim in through the owners insurance. It took forever and we were told each day that it didn't look good for us because of permissions of the driver driving his vehicle. And then we got the call that the insurance was covering it but the car was totaled. So we knew we need another vehicle and we needed it quick. My dad had recently leased two vehicles from family/friend Adam Mihalko. So we went onto stars website and within 10 mins we knew the vehicle we wanted. The only problem was that it was after hours we were and we were informed that Adam was off the next day. That didn't stop Adam though, him and his team did everything to make that car ours. Adam made sure we knew to get us everything we wanted with this car and really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. A few days later we got our insurance check and we were the owners of a 2016 Chevy Cruze. I would recommend Adam Mihalko to anyone looking for a vehicle and know they will be in great hands. More
