I was sold a used lemon Nissian My advice to the public always buy a year's warranty on any used automobile. I purchased a used Pathfinder from "Star Chevrolet location Wiggins, Ms". My advice to the public always buy a year's warranty on any used automobile. I purchased a used Pathfinder from "Star Chevrolet location Wiggins, Ms". I had made a remark to the sales-man in a kidding voice, "Do not sell me a lemon". After owning it two weeks in April 21, 2015, the pathfinder made its way back to their shop. As of Oct. of this year 2015,it has stayed more in the shop, than on the road. Out of pocket. I have spent, $ 2,600 dollars for repairs. I'm an older woman with limited resources, and I had hope for better results than a "Lemon '' . Apology and smiles do not keep my pathfinder on the road. I will never buy another automobile without a year warranty. The people in general are great, but their business is to sell. I guess they need a new jingle, "Push it, Shove it in, we will sell it at the cost of the next consumer. A sad Grandma , who resides in 30 miles from dealership . Excellent buying experience I have had the fortunate experience to purchase (4) vehicles from Star Chevrolet. Each time I used Cody Seal as my salesman. He was very friendly an I have had the fortunate experience to purchase (4) vehicles from Star Chevrolet. Each time I used Cody Seal as my salesman. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the options to us, let us ask any questions, but never pressured us in any way. He even drove out of his way to my house to help me pick up a trade-in as my husband was out of town for work. I got this great service the first vehicle I bought, so therefore, that is why we chose to come back and to use Cody for the other sales, He is truly concerned if you are satisfied, even after the sale as we have heard from him on numerous occasions. They have a great staff there including Gary, the Sales Manager as well as Jason in financing, and you can tell they fully support their sales staff and all work very hard together to insure that you are getting the best deal. I do not hesitate to recommend Cody and this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle. I have bought several cars during my lifetime, but have never had such a good experience as I did at Star Chevrolet, so I will always return to this dealership for any needs and will pass along my recommendations to anyone that I know in need of their service.
