Checked in for oil change 7:40am and received my jeep back at 9:22. head light not working. Yet the report after I paid for the oil change started lights were checked. Had to pay additional. Terrible service. My jeep was towed in on a Monday and it took them three days too notify me that my jeep just needed a battery replacement. The initial visit was encouraging. I found a used vehicle that I liked. Then the experience deteriorated after. First the Sales man promised new tires but gave me the car at night with the original t vehicle that I liked. Then the experience deteriorated after. First the Sales man promised new tires but gave me the car at night with the original tires.... ok... one of the manager said he will give me a nice discount on some new tires... haven't heard from him as yet... Finally, the car radio failed the 2nd day after puchase... they convinced me to wait until my extended warranty kicked in... I waited... the warranty may not have covered the radio because I was offered a $300 dollar radio as a replacement for a factory $3000 dollar one. I checked the price with Toyota... A refurbished radio is about $1000..end result is I had to come out of pocket about $200 to get a decent Radio. .I understand that its can be a business decision to only allocate a certain amount to correct a bad situation but the lack of transparency and the questionable way it was done left an unwanted taste in my mouth. I will try again to see what kind of tire deal I can get... not very hopeful but will give them the opportunity to do the right thing. More
