"Very pleasant experience "
I had a recent issue with my car. I called my warranty company for my car and was told to take it in to the dealership. I made my 1st appt at Bayside. I had a horrible experience there. Was told I didn't have an appointment after waiting an hour. Also was told I probably had basic warranty and would have to pay $350 for a diagnosis. I decided to try QV location. From the moment the mechanic took my car to getting on line and being warmly greeted by Teresa. I knew I was in good hands. Teresa called me with updates. She was on the phone with the warranty company getting everything she could with my $0 deductible. Thank you so much for the very pleasant experience.
