Star Chrysler has an issue providing proper scheduling and completing diagnosis. It took them 2 working days to look at my Jeep GC. Then some of the issues that was discussed was also ignored. Horrible experience. The issues with my car were covered under warrenty. When Lou called me he stated I needed repairs beyond the warrenty to which I said yes VS telling me that the repairs beyond the warr under warrenty. This is a sleezy way to get money out of your customers. I would have budget the other maintenance at a time where I can afford to do so. This cost me $700 more out of pocket at the moment. I didn’t want the extra repairs. I requested an itemized list of the services being done and I didn’t get this list until the work was complete and had to call back multiple times. I’m assuming this is because he knew I’d catch on the what he was doing and let him know I didn’t need them xxxxxxxx $700 full throttle service he upsild for no reason. I’m leaving this review anywhere and everywhere I can to make sure no one else has to be swindled. If I can save at least one person from this crap i will be happy. More
