Terrible experience / Never again Bait and switch by Angela. Was told if they found a problem covered by warranty they would waive the $150 fee, I told her not to repair anything not Bait and switch by Angela. Was told if they found a problem covered by warranty they would waive the $150 fee, I told her not to repair anything not covered before they even loooked at my car. They did find a covered problem, plus something not covered by warranty. When I said I didn’t want to pay the charge for any services not covered she said I had to pay fee anyway. I had to call and complain multiple times over the course of 2 days, and was constantly put on hold or blown off. Made to hold for 10-15 mins at a time, and was spoken to very rudely. I was even accused of taking money from mechanics pocket. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor, although I asked multiple times. When I threatened to call corporate and make a complaint on twitter, she finally agreed to “waive the fee” that should never have been charged to me in the first place . More
