I specified that I had another appointment elsewhere that same day I was told I Came into the dealership for three recalls, service and an inspection. I specified that I had another appointment elsewhere that same day I was told I was going to be called prior to the appointment to pick up the car, I had to call them to see about the service of the car I was left waiting and waiting in the morning to be attended too basically ignored! The only one that actually asked me if everything was ok was the car maintenance man. Worst customer service ever! More
