Battery replacement No customer service, employees too busy with there personal life, cell phone calls, texting. My 2018 jeep wrangler was there for two days for a def No customer service, employees too busy with there personal life, cell phone calls, texting. My 2018 jeep wrangler was there for two days for a defected battery, truck was sitting in the same parking spot. Almost impossible to check status update by phone . I went to pick up truck they weren't too happy because I asked for paperwork stating no attention / no work was performed, manager asked what for I stated I need to submit a copy to Chrysler to avoid warranty charges that's when he got pissed off. More
