Besides the valet gentlemen you first encounter, this place is horrible with poor customer service. When I say poor customer service, I mean really horrible. Took my 2012 dodge caravan to fix a steering wheel recall and when went to pick it up the check engine light was on. They wanted to charge me $157 to diagnose it. Had done inspection 2 weeks before and there and when went to pick it up the check engine light was on. They wanted to charge me $157 to diagnose it. Had done inspection 2 weeks before and there were no knowing issue. At the time of check in the porter checked for check engine lights and they were nothing. I have it on my dash cam. I am very disappointed and this will be the last dodge, jeep or Chrysler we will ever purchase. My enter family owns one and would not recommend to any friends or family. Took it to my local machine and they said it's the TPIN box that is damaged. I should have never took it in for the recall. I am not spending $1300 for a new tpin box.
