This place had my truck for a month. Very poor service. Wait 3 hrs for a simple oil change with an appointment. I made a7:30 appointment so I can get to work on time but didn't happened. I asked twice about the situation about my car and was told next 10 minutes. After 26 minutes I still didn't get my car. A gentleman just in front me on line got his car like a hour ago with the same oil change. After I paid my bill, I waited like 10 minutes and never receive my car. I had to physically gave the driver guy the paid receipt , he then took the keys on the wall and brought me my car. Nobody cares a xxxx about customer rather than to talk about their social life for the week end. I it take 3 hrs for a simple oil change with an appointment, then you have a problem. Don't blame covid, because I was monitoring the situation. You just lost a customer. Remember I lease ! I know you will not post this review but at least you know what is going on. More
