My service advisor was not helpful. My car was held for nine days just for a front end check. All during that time the advisor never called me to inform me of the status. After being told that the mechanic needed more time, I was finally told I needed ball joints. After I picked up my car, I noticed one of my tires was replaced and the upper ball joints were replaced. The invoice and the advisor stated that the lower ball joints needed replacement. I also noticed that the car was driven 25 miles. I am disappointed with the service I received. I went there to have a few electrical problems checked. They quoted $2,100 to fix rear wipers and control module. I declined the repair since its too much.
