I brought the car in for oil change and tire rotation and told the guy that I will be right outside waiting for it, one and a half hours later I asked the guy if he knows how much longer it could take he and told the guy that I will be right outside waiting for it, one and a half hours later I asked the guy if he knows how much longer it could take he told me to ask the service representative, when I asked her the status of the car she responded asking my name and the car information while holding the paperwork in her hands and said that nothing was done for the car because she couldn’t find me and didn’t know what to do with the car. I asked her why she didn’t call or text me she said that she called me and I showed the phone and said I never received a call or text from you after all her response was don’t worry I will have somebody work on it right now it only takes half an hour, over all it took 3 hours just for oil change. Service was terrible. Guy manager was the worse. They made scratch on my dash board and glove box. Jessica other manager she is the only one seemed to care. She listen Guy manager was the worse.
