Lorenx was one of the best and informative Salesman that I had a pleasure to work with when I purchased my first Hyundai. We fell in love with the Santa Fe and we found exactly the trim and exterior color w I had a pleasure to work with when I purchased my first Hyundai. We fell in love with the Santa Fe and we found exactly the trim and exterior color w interior that I have been wanting. We test drove a blue one and when inquired for another color. It was on the grounds but buried in a sea of other vehicles. He literally moved all these cars so we can test drive the car we wanted. The process after that was so so seamless. We traded our old car and everything moved and setup in our new car by the time we were handed the keys. The sales manager was a tough cookie but he worked w us to the ideal price. Never have I been able to walk away w a NEW car within less than 2-3 hours. Thanks Lorenx with getting us the vehicle we wanted and all the walk through! We love our car! More

The car dealer(Seon Han) gave me a kind and detailed explanation. So I could trust the dealer and choose a car. But the financial manager(I don't know his name) was very rude. Even though the loan had explanation. So I could trust the dealer and choose a car. But the financial manager(I don't know his name) was very rude. Even though the loan had already been made, I felt like I was trying to change it and steal money somehow. I was just going to cancel the contract and come out, but when I tried to leave, he suddenly said it was okay. And when my wife and I came out, I heard a harsh swear word from behind. I don't know if such a person is necessary for Hyundai Auto. Rather, only the image of the company almost deteriorated. Anyway, I'm satisfied with my car now and I think I'm grateful to Sean for offering me a car. More
