Other than Phillip manager, all the team needs proper training. Seon was good sales rep as long as you don't ask questions. Didn't provide Carfax, this car had a minor accident. Gave me a run around when I tried cancelling the extended 3rd party warranty. Acted like he didn't know me was very rude. Took 4 months and several visits & emails to get my money back. They cannot be trusted. More
The service response to a year old problem was much better than the dealership (South Shore Hyundai) where I purchased my vehicle. Not a bad experience. Hard to tell if we just overpaid because of the COVID climate were in.
