We were initially helped by Lorenx Jacques. He was outstanding. He was helpful without being pushy. We took a test drive. Several times over the next couple of wees we changed from leasing to buying t outstanding. He was helpful without being pushy. We took a test drive. We were constantly changing but Lorenx and the other staff just went with us. In the end we leased the car and settled the deal by not making a large down payment. We love the car. More

I brought my Kona in for its 22k mile service, and this “repair” shop added too much oil which eventually led to the failure of two cylinders.. when contacted, the dealer blamed us. I really liked the service dept from Star Hyundai. Love Jessica! My car again has a check engine light on after 3 months of buying it. The first time we were staying with family in Ohio and the servi Jessica! My car again has a check engine light on after 3 months of buying it. The first time we were staying with family in Ohio and the service department chased us away because we have an electric car and took a day and a half to figure out what was wrong. Star took my car in did a 150 point inspection, found the problem, ordered my part, and send me away to ensure it is safe and without a warning sign. I will need to come back next week but only took 2 hours vs 2 days. Honestly, the car is a car, same mechanics as a regular car. They don't make it a full-time job to fix my car like the other service department. More
