I would have given a 5 star rating if not for the $110 ticket on my car where it was parked in a bike lane while I was paying for my service. The service manager said the dealership would take care of it ticket on my car where it was parked in a bike lane while I was paying for my service. The service manager said the dealership would take care of it but it could take longer than the time noted on the ticket. They need to do a better job to insure this doesn't happen again. More

Ed Thornton, the service manager was helpful and friendly. He took care of my car needs even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. I chose to wait while the car was serviced, and I was co friendly. He took care of my car needs even though I did not have a scheduled appointment.
