Motor vehicle person took way to long to complete my paperwork. Finance person seemed very impatient and gave me many forms to sign, not explaining any of them. He was also rude to my salesman. Issue with trunk light which both salesman and manager promised to make appointment at service dept. They never informed service dept, had to go do it myself after two weeks of Silence! Once car is sold promised to make appointment at service dept. They never informed service dept, had to go do it myself after two weeks of Silence! Once car is sold they don’t remember you. Dealership basically forced me to finance the car in order to get the sale price for them to get some kickback. Service department also tried to reach out to them regarding the two issue I had with same results, silence. Poor customer relations. More

The BSD fault indicator was on. They reset it and changed the oil. The BSD fault light is back on and do is the check engine light. I'm bringing the car back in on Monday. I feel like I should have berm given a priority appointment since the car had the same problem. I may need a ride back to the dealership and I hope they can accommodate me.
