I left the dealership last Sunday believing that I was leasing a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. When my wife and I arrived to pick up the new car, they told us we had leased a Tucson that was not a hybrid. M leasing a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. My wife stopped me from storming out of the dealership that day, but I am deeply disappointed and quite angry at their "bait and switch tactics." We read other reviews of Star, which were mostly quite laudatory. They won't get a great review from me--ever. Even if they had told us that we were getting a regular Tucson at that point, I would have stopped the sale and negotiated for the car that I wanted. They also kept us waiting for 5 hours when we came to pick up the car. When I read the other comments, it just makes me crazy. These people are slick and they know how to make you just want to finish the transaction and get the xxxx out of there. More
first, They did not give me the correct address for the service department. Second, they didn't give me any estimated time to finish the service. I have to wait for 5 hours. I kept asking one of the front desk ladies in the service department if I got a loaner car since I was waiting too long, but they ignored me and looked down on me. and give me an attitude.
