I have 5 year wheel protection from hyundai dealer. Last year i went to change the tire because air was unstable. They told me to come next service. Next service they said, "they dont have a tire, Come Last year i went to change the tire because air was unstable. They told me to come next service. Next service they said, "they dont have a tire, Come next service". meanwhile my other tire also got punctured. I told them to change all tire because other tire has several cut on the side. And i already put 2 patch on other one tire. But after 5 hour they changed just one and told me next oil service that was on November. Next service i went there they told my i dont have appointment. While i made an appointment on counter with agent before i leave. I have to go other shop for oil change. Then i made and another appointment. And last time on july when i get there for oil change and tire change. They told me its worn out and cannot change the tire. WHAT.. IN SEVEN MONTH they just postponed my car wheel change appointment for seven month to let worn out wheel, so they can tell me they cannot change it because of worn out. I saw so many negative comments on online. But i didn't care, until now. Be careful with your wheel protection or warranty things. Because its free things for them. More

Service advisor Jason Watkins was extremely rude and inappropriate from every step of the 2-week ordeal with my car. He insulted myself and my wife on two separate occasions, argued with me at 7:40am ab inappropriate from every step of the 2-week ordeal with my car. He insulted myself and my wife on two separate occasions, argued with me at 7:40am about how long I’ve owned my vehicle, and did not provide any ounce of customer service or support. Jason should be removed from his position immediately. If it were not for the experienced service advisor, Jessica Santana, I would be much more irate. She treated us with respect and actually explained the work that was performed and what needed to be done with another appointment. By far the worst experience I’ve had at a service department, no thanks to Jason. More
