The process of making an appointment was easy. However, the wait to have my car serviced was too long. My appointment was for 10:40 am and I didn't leave the service center until about 2 pm. Other customers came after me and were out within an hour. I leased my vehicle from Star Hyundai and they were very accomodating. I leased my vehicle at the begining of December 2024 and I only had just under 5700 miles. Hopefully I won't need another service appointment until 2027. More
