1. No parking lot in the service center. 2. After dropping the vehicle, just waiting in the room hours with no instructions always. 3. I left my suv for ten days for water dropping from the sun roof when raining. When I picked up the vehicle, inside of the car was totally wet because they kept it outside. They just ignored my complaint. I had experiences with Lexus, BMW, Mercedes and porsche and their services were excellant(five star). The experience with genesis service was 0 star actually. More

I visited for two recall issues, an engine oil change,and an inspection. The advisor in charge of my work was Jason H Watkins, not Jessica Santana. His attitude was very informal, and due to his irresponsi an inspection. The advisor in charge of my work was Jason H Watkins, not Jessica Santana. His attitude was very informal, and due to his irresponsible and negligent handling of work and mistakes, I had to wait on site for more than 4 hours. Moreover, no apology or explanation was given. In the end, I couldn't do the inspection and came home. I never want to see an employee like that again! More
