This location is absolutely awful. I have and will complain about this location to anyone who will listen. I waited around for work to be done on my car for 6 months, with no follow up I have and will complain about this location to anyone who will listen. I waited around for work to be done on my car for 6 months, with no follow up or calls that I was told would happen. I called the facility nine different times trying to speak with Jessica and left messages, but never once received a call back. When I finally brought my car in for the work to be done, it sat in the shop for three days because photos were never sent in to Hyundai Corporate, as I was told they were six months prior. This was all blamed on new administration. I am speaking with Hyundai Customer Care and the DMV - save your sanity and find anywhere else to go but here. More
