I had both headlights on my vehicle replaced last year November 2022. This morning when I drove to work, one of the headlights was low. I called Hyundai to ask what’s going on and shouldn’t the headlights November 2022. This morning when I drove to work, one of the headlights was low. I called Hyundai to ask what’s going on and shouldn’t the headlights last for more than a year? I was told that because the car mileage is over $12,000 I would have to pay to get the headlights changed. Y’all a bunch of thieving xxxxx of there!!!!! More

I took my car to the service department on Pigeon Meadow Road on a Friday morning for scheduled work. The dealership was very friendly and helpful. I requested a specific 2024 model, which they did not have on the lot but promised they could within a week. Had a 3pm appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. I wasn’t out of there until 5:30pm. Beyond unacceptable how long it took. Once my prepaid maintenance is up, I won’t ever be co and state inspection. I wasn’t out of there until 5:30pm. Beyond unacceptable how long it took.
