The service department gets many cars for service and the waiting area is quite small. But the staff try their best to accommodate everyone. I'm very satisfied with my last service. The car selections are good. Sales person Tommy is very knowledgeable about car and very helpful and patient. I found a nice used Hyundai Tucson from there. I took away from one Sales person Tommy is very knowledgeable about car and very helpful and patient. I found a nice used Hyundai Tucson from there. I took away from one star because the Finance person went way overboard kept pushing us to purchase very over-priced warranty and gave us incorrect interest rate and monthly payment info at the beginning. The interest rate and monthly payment got straightened out only because my dad is in Finance and I’m accountant. The Finance person gave us the correct interest rate and favorable monthly payment only after they realized our extensive financial background. If you don’t have Finance background, please make sure you have a friend or relative who understands Finance or loan to go with you; otherwise you can be easily overpaying a few thousand without realizing.
