The dealer made a very poor attempt to give us a great deal as far as financing. We were there for much longer than we should have been, In addition to that , their inventory was very poor and we were una deal as far as financing. We were there for much longer than we should have been, In addition to that , their inventory was very poor and we were unable to obtain the base model Elantra that we really wanted to purchase. The sales associate was not willing to negotiate with us as far as the price of the car. We will never use this dealership again, and will recommend that our friends and neighbors avoid this dealership as well. More

Prices are too high on labor and parts and offer no discounts/coupons. Wait time is a bit long. No refreshments in the waiting area. This was an terrible experience. I left work early to have a seatbelt recall and 1st oil change completed. When i arrived I was told the recall needed 4-5 hours and I had to leave my I left work early to have a seatbelt recall and 1st oil change completed. When i arrived I was told the recall needed 4-5 hours and I had to leave my car but no loaner. I should have been told this prior to arrival. I did not have the recall done. Then I was told it will be a 3-4 hour wait for oil change. I waited an hour and I left. The waiting room is cold and the seats are uncomfortable. This is the worst experience that I have had with any Hyundai service center. I have owned Hyundai’s for many years. I will never, ever return to Star Hyundai!!! More
