My Sales person, Joel Cohen was very pleasant and casual. There was no pressure, no upsell and no extra dealer markup. We came in, left a deposit and picked up the car a day later. It could use more refreshments/snacks in the waiting area like some donuts, chips, cookies, fruits, or soda (they already have coffee and tea). Waiting times are reasonable to long. The chairs are comfy though. The appointments take about a month to get. I trust Hyundai service cause I know the parts and labor are of high quality for my Sonata car even if they are pricey. I have peace of mind. More
