I waited a long time both to pick up and drop off my car, even though the person I needed to talk to clearly wasn't busy, and the staff there were rude and unhelpful. I don't know how much longer I would have had to wait if I didn't ask what was going on. When I did ask, I was told by the advisor that it was ready. As he went to LOOK FOR MY CAR, I noticed it was still on the lift. I've been going to this service center for the six years I've owned the car and it has progressively gotten worse. Love my Hyundai but service is making me think long and hard about purchasing another. Jessica is always friendly, but I did not have the pleasure of working with her this time. More

I complained about a front left wheel (bearing hub) grinding feel. Service writer Matthew wouldn't listen and kept saying the brake service would fix it. $1200 later I still have the grinding feel and grinding feel. The place is so disorganized and unprofessional. I waited 18 days for an appointment. They park customer cars on the street 3 blocks away. Went to pick up the car and there was a mix up with my wheel lock key (for the second time this year). As others have posted, this place will do anything to get out of doing warranty work. They lost another customer, I will not go back to Star Hyundai. More

I honestly had a great experience the first time I was here, which is why I went back, but it was the total opposite this time around. There was a line out the front garage door and no parking, so I waite here, which is why I went back, but it was the total opposite this time around. There was a line out the front garage door and no parking, so I waited for 25 minutes past my appointment time just to sit in the road and get honked at. Then, once I finally did get in, the manager checked me in and let me know it would be a three hour wait (it ended up being three and a half). When I asked him why so long for an oil change as compared with my last visit, he said it's because he's a much better business man than the previous manager, and he's really good at bringing business in. I didn't see what that had to do with me. Overall, I would say they're very disorganized, messy, and apathetic. More
