You have NOT fixed the issue with my car. I brought in my car on Thurs 07/21 and received it back on Tues 07/26 - and the warning light is still on the Dashboard. You guys have messed-up my weekend plans, not to mention my work commute. I’ve call multiple times and left multiple messages, and I’ll still awaiting for your representative to return my call (today is thur 07/28) - to discuss what was done initially and why haven’t the problem been resolve, and what’s the next step. It’s a brand new car and I’m so disappointing in the Genesis Brand that I have to bring it in the shop after 2mths of purchase for a malfunction warning light on the dashbaord. I even more disappointed in the service from your shop - can you please have a service manager return my call. More

Star Hyundai service at 162-34 Pidgeon Meadow Road recommended and performed series of unnecessary maintenance , fuel injector and throttle body cleaning and coolant flush for a car that has been driv recommended and performed series of unnecessary maintenance , fuel injector and throttle body cleaning and coolant flush for a car that has been driven only for 8802 miles with no problems. A car that was taken in for NY inspection and oil change ended up costing me $960.98. More

Arrived 10 min before my scheduled appointment and waited 40 minutes to speak to an advisor. I had to call to find the status of my car. When I went to pick up my car, car was parked in the driveway with all 40 minutes to speak to an advisor. I had to call to find the status of my car.
