Everything about the service process was very easy. Jessica offered us the earliest possible available date for our routine maintenance visit and followed-up via email. She greeted us upon arrival, too Jessica offered us the earliest possible available date for our routine maintenance visit and followed-up via email. She greeted us upon arrival, took care of intake, advised about the expected wait time for the service and offered us a seat in the waiting room. We asked about going out to lunch while we were waiting and made sure she had our cell phone number in case she needed to contact us. When we got back to the service, she advised that the service would take a little longer than originally anticipated and kept us apprised of progress. We appreciated both the concern and consideration during our visit. More
