Had appt to check dashboard light. Car double parked in street and after three hours it was still in the street. Brianna suggested I return the next day at 7am. Personnel need to be instructed about customer service. What’s the point of having an appointment if the only outcome is the suggestion that I make another appointment. Not happening!!! More
