Had to replace a headlight because it was damaged. I couldn't get a loaner because they have cut their loaner fleet in half. Additionally, the light cost $3,980 which is astronomical in my opinion. They were courteous and expeditious with the servicing. That's a plus. I will have to think very hard when I purchase my next vehicle. Not sure I'll be able to do the Mercedes anymore because of the inconvenience with loaners and the CRAZY expensive parts. More
