Purchased an S class,and dash was torn and heads up display was damaged in between test drive and purchase date. They promised to repair, but had order an entire new dash. In meantime a slow AC leak wa display was damaged in between test drive and purchase date. They promised to repair, but had order an entire new dash. In meantime a slow AC leak was noticed, which they could not find after 3 attempts. When dash arrived months later, they also replaced an AC part under the dash guessing it might help. It did not fix leak, and the vent controls were damaged. They did not repair heads up display saying it was not covered warranty, despite paying 20% more for a certified pre owned under warranty, and it being damaged after test drive. For the AC leak, I was told to take it to Greenway who had better techs. They do, Greenway found it was from a loose hose in 30 minutes (no parts needed to fix). The vent controls damaged during dash repair, when Star tried to fix, they caused visible damage to the leather dash, deep gash in door panel, and oil stains on center console. Terrible. More
