The businesses that choose to impose the 3. 5% credit card fee is a bad business trend. Shame on you! The credit card fee was intended to be placed upon businesses to help attract more customers than those who only accept cash. My car repair turned out to be $2200, which apparently I should have had that type of cash on me. Very unhappy! More

I’ve been going here for years. For the most part, they’ve been very good. I trust their mechanical work. I had one bad experience having nothing to do with their mechanical work. O For the most part, they’ve been very good. I trust their mechanical work. I had one bad experience having nothing to do with their mechanical work. One of their helpers who moved my car outside, left the window down and it rained, drenching the interior of my car. Star Nissan gave me a voucher to a car wash place that suctioned the water out of my car, but it was time -consuming and disturbing. Also, remember to pay by check or cash; because if you pay by credit card, you will be charged an fee. Except for those two issues, I like this place. They do good work and try to get the work done within a reasonable period of time and try to give you an accurate assessment of how long it will take. They have also applied discounts for me when I wasn’t aware that a discount offer was available, which was greatly appreciated. The people who work there are courteous. They keep computerized records of your car’s past service and don’t seem to mind if you call to check on how long it has been since your last oil change or whatever. My overall experience with Star Nissan Service Center is in the plus column. More
