I called this dealer on the phone to ask if they had a 2023 they said yes and they texted me a white 2023 I told them I’m driving an hour to see the car and they said yes come. Customer service was very detailed as to what preventive replacement was needed for transmission. Very overpriced. It the cost for parts is $600 how can the labor be the same price. At the same time, location is charging close to 18% in sales tax and another 3.5% for credit card fee. I inquired about why sales tax was so high to which cashier laugh. Also, as a business most credit card fees charged to vendor are 1.5-2%; it doesn’t look like a fair business practice to make place the burden on the customer and make a profit out of a processing fee. My sales man was quite open and honest with me. I like him. He showed me the diffrence with prices I just felt like I should have been taken for a test drive and I hope a test drive will be made co I like him. Lack decorum. But nissan itself needs to do better with building of cars. I am unable to use the seat belt because it's too small for me. I am a big person and I now have a car with a seat belt that's choking me. It's the first I have even seen something like that. I am really unhappy with my purchase. I feel like I should have been given a test drive before I paid for the car in this way I would have discovered these issues. I am sorry that I had to to day this but I wish my experience was different. I owned a Nissan Altima before and I was very happy with that I purchase that why I went back for Nissan. I trust Nissan but now I'm disappointed. More
