Service is deteriorating. 3 hours for an oil change and Service is deteriorating. 3 hours for an oil change and State Inspection. Then to be told a brand new headlamp assembly which they installed now ha Service is deteriorating. 3 hours for an oil change and State Inspection. Then to be told a brand new headlamp assembly which they installed now has condensation inside but isnt covered under warranty because the date is just over one year ago. Last year I had my front shock absorber collapse while driving with my children in the car two days after having a multi point inspection done. How was something like that overlooked? Im losing confidence very quickly with this as well as all Nissan service departments. (The first was Nissan of Queens where mechanics actually stole tools out of my car.) Also, why are there office enployees who are not wearing face coverings walking around and dealing with customers? More
