Too overpriced It seems that Star is not concern with solving the car troubles, it's just concerned with the payment. I came in because I needed a tire sensor for on It seems that Star is not concern with solving the car troubles, it's just concerned with the payment. I came in because I needed a tire sensor for one tire only and had a previous estimate of $138. I ended up paying $436.75 for 2 tires because they conveniently found out that the other back tire also needed a sensor. And the labor fee was more than the estimated amount. I also had a problem with the electrical wiring and needed a mechanic to take a look but they didn't even care. It was to be done by a specific electrical diagnosis. I went back home with my lights not working. I think that if you are a mechanic you should know everything about cars. More
Babak (Bob) Rezaei is the guy to see ! I went on True Price before going in and showed Bob my ideal price on a Sentra S. He said he could beat the price but for the same price I was willing I went on True Price before going in and showed Bob my ideal price on a Sentra S. He said he could beat the price but for the same price I was willing to pay for the S , he could sell me the SV which had extra features so I went with the SV. When we picked up the car Bob spent plenty of time showing us all of the features and was very patient! He introduced us to the service department and followed up with an email to thank us ! I’m glad I went with the SV since it has apple car play and really comfy seats . More
