Very expensive Here you need to get a full print out of your fees these people well tell you the labor is 130 and hour but they actually charge you per hour for each Here you need to get a full print out of your fees these people well tell you the labor is 130 and hour but they actually charge you per hour for each job they don’t explain that each job may have a set time limit per job which means it can take 15 mins to fix but instead of charging you the hourly rate the flat fee book will allow them to charge you 3 hours of labor I had an item on my receipt for $5 they charged me $130 dollars for fluid when they already were getting 1100 dollars for a fix the dealership is worst then a used car lot take your vehicle elsewhere same fix for less money don’t let them make you feel they are the only ones to fix it look around! More

Diana who I spoke with over the phone b I received superb customer service from the minute I walked in to driving away with my brand new Nissan Rogue. Diana who I spoke with over the phone before coming in -greeted me warmly and introduced me to Fred the amazing salesman who helped me with my purchase. Fred was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through all the different options available on the Rogue. He spent a great deal of time and was never pushy. Even after I changed my mind about color and model -after signing-I had no issue and the manager Gus approved it no questions asked. I have to say this dealer provided a no nonsense approach to the car buying/leasing experience and I was extremely satisfied and am confident I got an amazing deal!!! More

I DIDNT GET WHAT I WAS PROMISED Someone from Nissan called me and said I could get a free oil change from STAR NISSAN. HE MADE THE APPOINTMENT fo me and I came 1/2 hour early. I think he was not calling from Star but the main head quarters. When I spoke to Wilson he said the oil change would cost me$69 minus a 10 coupon I had. So I left. Not happy! More
