I had to drop the car off since the repairs were going to take a few hours so I was quickly given a ride home the driver who drove me home was friendly and courteous and I did not have to wait a long time at the dealership for them to have someone drive me home When Sean called me at home to give the cost and advise what the issues were with my car. Which were quite unexpected and costly he helped to get me any discount available to ease the pain of the cost I advised him to proceed with the repairs once we got the cost down Good news the repairs would be completed later that day and a driver was dispatched once repairs were done and drove me back to the dealership to pick up the car Overall the customer service was great Even though The Repairs costs were a surprise and expensive the great customer service helped ease the pain of the repairs cost More
